She holds the core belief that a person’s potential for wholeness is based on their ability to know themselves. Her approach to reaching that wholeness and one’s true potential includes sharing skills and principles grounded in DBT, mindfulness and the expressive arts.

She has vast experience working with children, particularly individuals diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders such as, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ASD. Additionally, she has supported female-identifying individuals through women’s specific challenges for years. Recently, she has found great interest in the power of working with the family unit in order to create harmony for all.

She lives her life by the same principles she employs in the therapy room. She strives to see the true potential in herself and others, doing her best to be present and hold empathic space for all. She finds wholeness spending time with her family, eating and cooking soul-warming food, practicing yoga and being in nature.
