Trinity DeJesus is a Masters Level Intern in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sacred Heart University. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University. Trinity has worked closely with children in special education settings and has also volunteered in programs supporting counselors-in-training, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both sides of the therapeutic process.

Trinity believes in creating a warm and supportive space where clients can feel safe to be themselves. She understands that healing is not always linear and values the importance of building trust, feeling heard, and working at a pace that feels comfortable. Her approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story.

As someone who is also actively engaged in her own therapy journey, Trinity brings a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to show up and do the work. She is excited to support clients through life’s challenges while helping them reconnect with their innate strengths and sense of self.
