Mary Kate Urban is a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at the University of New Haven. She has over two years of experience working with children, adolescents, families and women in various roles such as advocacy, group counseling, educator and in developmental settings. 

Mary Kate believes in providing support to children, adolescents, adults, and families to further build upon their strengths and collaborating to work through challenges. She strongly believes in individualized care, and working together at the their own pace. Her goal is to create and maintain a safe place for all individuals and support their growth.
