Jen is a Master’s level Practicum Student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sacred Heart University. She brings a deeply human, compassionate presence to her work and believes that healing begins when people feel safe enough to be fully seen.
Her path to counseling has been shaped by profound personal growth and a commitment to inner change. Through her own therapeutic journey and years of intentional self-reflection, Jen has come to deeply value empowerment, meaning-making, and the ability we all have to reshape our lives from the inside out. She believes that even in the midst of struggle, people carry wisdom, resilience, and the capacity for renewal.
Grounded in a person-centered approach, Jen meets clients where they are, honoring each individual’s pace, story, and strengths. She is especially drawn to the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and is interested in how mindfulness, movement, breath, music, meditation, and creative expression can support emotional regulation, peace, and self-discovery.
At the heart of her work is a belief in the healing power of human connection. Jen strives to create a calm, welcoming space filled with warmth, curiosity, and respect, where clients of all ages can explore who they are, reconnect with their inner energy, and begin to create meaning and purpose in their lives. She is honored to walk alongside clients as they build insight, cultivate peace, and move toward lives that feel more aligned and authentic.
